Darryn Rae

Darryn Rae is a Canadian visual artist specializing in abstract and surreal paintings using acrylics on canvas A graduate of the Fine Arts program at Fanshawe College in Ontario, he has spent more than two decades developing a signature style that often blends contemporary "street art" influences with classic landscape themes. His career is marked by a deep commitment to his studio practice, as well as an interest in experimental video making to document and capture his creative process. Beyond his personal practice, Rae is dedicated to art education, sharing his skills and layering techniques with aspiring artists through both online and in-person teaching.
