Kus Budiyanto

My name is Kus Budiyanto, I’m a contemporary Indonesian artist. Since kindergarten I liked to paint with social themes, then after graduating from high school I hoped to be able to study at an art school but my mother had no funds. So my hopes and aspirations at art school were canceled. Finally I worked for a company engaged in the export of crafts and assisting artisans. My job was product development and craft design. Learning from making designs to crafts, it helped me in continuing my calling for painting. At the beginning of 2016 I tried to learn to paint on canvas and since then I have never stopped. My work has been recognized nationally and internationally, with important collaborations. My works can be found in private collections in Indonesia and abroad.
